With Microsoft 365 Copilot as a Service can we help organizations order their data. We also train ambassadors and users to make optimal use of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
In today's digital world, it is essential to work efficiently and effectively. However, with the advent of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI, it becomes even more important to have your information management in order. The success or risk of using Copilot/AI depends on this. For example, Copilot carefully checks whether you have the correct permissions for a document, and if you don't, Copilot will not function. By ensuring good data quality and security, you can fully benefit from the advantages of Copilot. This leads to time savings, improved collaboration, and increased productivity within your organization. Handy!
Copilot as a Service (CaaS) CaaS helps organizations to get their data management in order. And to keep it that way. This is crucial for a successful implementation of Microsoft Copilot. By the way, it's just as important if you don't use Copilot. After all, you want to maintain control over your data. The monthly CaaS service ensures that your data management is maintained and remains under control. We actively monitor the baseline data management as we determine together. This means that we continuously check whether the set rules and settings are being followed and regularly check the compliance status of the rules and settings. This way, we ensure that the data management continues to function optimally. We monitor all risk notifications that occur based on the set rules. When detecting risks, we take immediate action to mitigate them. We also generate periodic reports. This report provides an overview of the compliance status, risks, and recommendations for further optimization. Finally, we offer first-line user support for questions regarding the technical use of Microsoft Copilot. This means assistance with using Microsoft Copilot, solving technical problems, and answering user questions.
How we work We distinguish between a project phase and post-go-live support. CaaS consists of six steps: assessment, implementation, adoption, evaluation, go-live, and the monthly CaaS service. Assessment: We start with an assessment of the Microsoft environment and data governance. We analyze the readiness of the Microsoft 365 environment and data management processes. We use tools such as the Microsoft Copilot dashboard and AvePoint Policies & Insights to get a detailed picture of the current situation. Implementation: Based on the assessment, we create a governance and implementation plan. We configure the necessary policies and ensure the integration of Copilot into the Microsoft 365 environment. We set the correct preferences and index the environment. Adoption: Before the go-live, we train ambassadors and users to make optimal use of Copilot. Ambassadors receive in-depth training and then share their experiences within the organization. Evaluation: After the implementation and testing phase by the ambassadors, we evaluate the use of Copilot. We determine for whom in the organization it is further relevant and explore additional possibilities with Copilot Studio. Go-live: Users and ambassadors go fully live with Copilot after a final training. This marks the official start of using Copilot within the organization. Monthly CaaS service: After the go-live, we offer a monthly service that proactively manages data management and provides first-line user support for questions regarding Microsoft Copilot.
