Our Microsoft Teams Phone System with Direct Routing offer is meant to migrate your existing PBX system to Microsoft Teams Phone System, utilizing a co-existence and smooth migration strategy and keeping connectivity with your existing SIP Trunk or ISDN connection.

During our 10 days journey we'll provide following activities and outcomes: ENVISIONING Activity: Inspire workshop(s) on Microsoft Teams Phone System functionalities, Direct Routing and co-existence/migration from your actual PBX system. Outcome: Good insight on the possibilities and value that the proposed solutions can bring to your organization DESIGN Activity: Technical & Functional design workshop(s) on Microsoft Teams Phone System with Direct Routing Outcome: Creating the low level technical design to implement the solution and defining the functional design(s) for the required configurations ENABLE Activity: Implementation of the technical setup and configuration of the functional designs, as both created during the design phase. Outcome: Getting the solution in place, both on the technical and on the functional level. EMBRACE Activity: Getting started with the new solution and providing training to your end-users and administrators. Outcome: Getting started with the solution and delivering adoption to your end-users.
