A 10 day workshop program that will guide your company to a tailored Change & Adoption Strategy in a 3-week turnaround
When introducing new Microsoft 365 tools it is essential to support your people throughout this change. We will guide your Project Team through this change process with a Change & Adoption plan. We bring our tried and tested human-centered approach and tailor it to the key opportunities of your business to improve overall efficiency – with happy employees.
Agenda: Day 1: Kick-off workshop: we define the scope of the project and make practical agreements with its stakeholders Day 2: Vision Workshop: we decide what the vision and goals of the project will be and we define the impact Day 3: Audience Workshop: we focus on describing several target groups within your organization. Once these audiences have been defined, we will organize interviews with several members of those target groups. This enables us to define the needs of each target group and propose a tailor-made approach. Day 4-6: Interviews with the target groups Day 7: Learning Workshop: we design a training plan with a targeted approach for every audience Day 8: Communication Workshop: we focus on how the communication during the change will be organized Day 9: Sponsorship Workshop: we define the sponsors and create a sponsorship roadmap Day 10: Validation Meeting: to review the plan and finetune it if needed
A basic change plan takes approximately 10 days with a 3-week turnaround. Each workshop takes the stakeholders an average of 3 hours to attend. The interviews will be organized by our Change Architects and the stakeholders' presence is not needed.
These workshops and the roadmap that results from them are essential for organizations that are migrating to Microsoft 365 or that want to boost its user adoption. A well-founded change approach will benefit the user adoption of the Microsoft 365 applications and we make this measurable by using Microsoft 365 usage reports before, during and after the launch of the new tools in Microsoft 365.
