How can Power Apps help you collect and manage information efficiently
HR Departments process a huge volume of administrative tasks based on the collection and provisioning of data mostly stored in excel files, mails or word documents.
While Excel and other formats might have helped in the past to improve the collection and management of that data, the introduction of Power Apps can drastically improve that proces.
During a half day workshop we will work together and identify opportunities to create a power app in order to improve the data collecation and management.
Our approach is twofold:
The final deliverable of the workshop is a shortlist of a set of returning questions that can be automated through Power Virtual Agents, accompanied by a high-level technical setup. This is the first step in automation and implementation of a Power Virtual Agent. Based on that deliverable, the customer can write a briefing and request an estimation from an implementation partner or from its own IT Department.
