As part of Onboarding and Implementation Services, our experienced consultants will guide new users in your organization through planning and execution of their first campaigns. The service is designed to accelerate adoption of the application within your organization and minimize wrong or ineffectual user practices. The assistance activities can take form of:
• Training, • Support in creating the first campaigns, • Technical assistance (e.g., help in creating HTML templates, forms, support in placing tracking scripts within the webpage, etc.), • Customization of the Marketing app
We offer these activities in form of a budget. You will decide, based on your actual situation, what form of support your team needs. The budget is set for 40 hours. If not used fully, it can be transferred to any Dynamics 365 Marketing support or customization services, provided by our company.
