Viva Insights Enablement Service: 4-Day Workshop

Help your organization improve employee wellbeing using Microsoft Viva Insights. The Viva Insights Enablement Service includes four days of services designed to help organizations accelerate the planning, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Viva Insights, followed by additional sessions to validate findings and execute on actionable outputs.

DAY 1 - Pilot Design, Planning, & Implementation:

Day one of the program, Alithya helps customers envision and plan on how they can implement Viva Insights into their environment. Then Alithya helps the customer implement Viva Insights based on the outputs created during the envisioning and planning sessions.

• Define and review business challenges, objectives, and goals for improving employee wellbeing.
• Translate the defined goals into Assessments and then prioritize the correlating Assessments.
• Review and define Viva Insights roles and licenses.
• Define and review system defaults and privacy settings for Viva Insights deployment.
• Prepare organizational data for Viva Insights integration: export data, map data, validate data, and review data processing options.
• Identify and select a pilot group for initial implementation and deployment.

Outputs:

• Viva Insights Implementation Plan
• Pilot group for initial implementation and deployment
• Viva pilot license assignment

DAY 2-3 - Viva Insights Training Academy:

Day two and three of the program, Alithya will deliver an academy to Analysts and People Managers that teaches them how to configure Viva Insights and how to leverage Insights through deep-dive analytics to solve high-value business challenges around employee performance, engagement, and productivity.

• Viva Insights Fundamentals
• Navigation & Query Deep Dive

Day three includes:

• Ways of Working Assessments
• Management & Coaching and Transforming Meeting Culture

DAY 4 - Enterprise Deployment and Adoption of Viva Insights:

Day four of the program, Alithya guides customers through designing and implementing a communications and training plan for increased adoption after the deployment.

• Create a communications plan by designing and developing a launch plan, creating adoption assets, and by releasing assets to drive awareness.
• Design and develop the training plan, create training materials, and provide customized training for the following defined personas:
  • Leader Insights for Leader
  • Manager Insights for People Managers
  • Personal Insights for End Users
