Microsoft Copilot Studio: 1 Week Value Discovery

This engagement is based on the Microsoft "Copilot Studio Value Discovery" template. Velrada have enhanced it to include additional knowledge transfer, collaboration, and resources. This will improve your adoption and maturity of AI and Copilot Studio.

Our 5 stage process throughout this engagement is collaborative and informative:

• Pre-Engagement Assessment - An initial meeting (usually the week prior) to kick off the engagement and for Velrada to provide a series of Microsoft questionnaires for the client to perform. Once submitted, Velrada will analyse the responses.
• Learn the Fundamentals - Velrada enrich the standard Microsoft offering for this type of engagement by giving the client a tour through the entire Microsoft AI + Copilot estate. This provides a strong baseline of AI basics & Microsoft capability.
• Build the Vision - We lean into the “Art of the Possible” and “Art of the Practical” specific to Copilot Studio. Following on, a series of workshops with key stakeholder groups allow for the vision & viable use cases to be discovered throughout the business.
• Plan for Value - After energising the participants with the vision workshops, we revisit through the lens of value. This includes the value of Copilot Studio broadly to the organisation as well as the identified use cases.
• Recommendations & Roadmap - All information is distilled into a final report for you to keep containing a summary of findings, recommendations and a draft roadmap.
