Direct Routing Solution for Microsoft Teams utilizing Microsoft Certified SBCs - This solution enables business users to make and receive calls from their Teams application from their mobile, laptops or desk phones allowing easy mobility in a cost-effective manner. This hybrid model will enable mobility and is the next step towards a cloud based telephony solution.

The solution leverages on the customers’ existing Teams infrastructure and provides features and functionalities required for an Enterprise Phone System.

• Utilizes Office 365 Licenses – Microsoft Phone System, Common Area Phones and MTR Licenses. • Cloud Auto attendants and call queues Powered by Teams. • Cloud Voicemail, powered by Azure Voicemail services • Advanced reporting through Power BI • Teams Certified SBC. • Can be configured as an upstream or downstream SBC to utilize existing PBX infrastructure • Azure VMs in case of Hosted SBC. • Common Area Phones (pricing can be provided)
