Engagement Overview A 2-hour remote instructor-led session designed to empower internal trainers—including Champions, Power Users, and Learning & Development teams—with the skills to drive Microsoft 365 adoption.

Delivered in two parts:

• Part 1: Interview and train selected internal trainers remotely.
• Part 2: Develop and deliver customized Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) as digital leave-behinds to support ongoing enablement.
