Copilot Plus Power Deployment Accelerator

The Copilot + Power Deployment Accelerator engagement is designed to provide a comprehensive and flexible approach. The engagement focuses on four different pillars, Get Ready, Onboard & Engage, Deliver Impact, and Extend & Optimize. Within each pillar there are various activities, including environment readiness, user enablement, solution development, and ongoing optimization. It focuses on rapidly activating Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat scenarios, developing intelligent agents, implementing security and governance policies, and building transformative Power Platform solutions. The engagement is modular, allowing customization based on customer needs and preferences. The goal of this engagement is to drive ongoing AI-powered organizational transformation and achieve significant user adoption of AI business solutions.

This engagement is offered in different sizes. Engagement sizes are categorized based on the number of purchased seats for Office 365 and Microsoft 365. Each size has corresponding minimum hours required for the delivery of this engagement:

• Extra Small (XS): 20 hours
• Small (S): 40 hours
• Medium (M): 100 hours
• Large (L): 200 hours
