Responsible ACM with Viva: 4-Wk Design & Implement

This engagement will discuss all four Viva pillars, and specifically focus on Connections and Learning as these provide the communication and training tools that will drive adoption and business change.

Engagement Agenda:

1. Introduction to Viva
2. Adoption Challenges - Issues faced by the client and how they can be mitigated by the use of the Viva Tools
3. Viva Connections and Modern Intranet - A modern Intranet delivered by SharePoint Online gives organisations the ability to communicate and collaborate like never before, delivering corporate communications and empowering users to respond and provide their feedback. The use of Viva Connections supercharges this through the use of the Connections app within Teams in the client, browser, and mobile experience. Our Viva team will take you through the process to making Connections your main communications channel for organisational wide, and targeted information. We will help you to derive use cases for the Viva Connections Dashboard and show you how the use of adaptive cards can improve your users access to time-sensitive or job-specific information. To start this stage of the engagement we will look at your use of SharePoint Online as your modern Intranet and plan how any changes will be made to support Viva.
4. Viva Learning - A modern SharePoint Online intranet is the key dependency for Viva Connections. Building on the previous work done in this engagement around the modern Intranet, we will look at how your organisation currently delivers training to your staff. This part of the engagement is in three stages (discovery, learning deployment, rollout to staff)
