On completion we will have guided you through a successful pilot implementation of Viva Insights, and a series of Proof of Concept activities that will give you confidence to proceed with an organization wide adoption.

Transparity pride ourselves in the professional and quality-led delivery of projects. A project co-ordinator will be assigned to support upfront proof of concept planning and improve delivery quality, they will be a point of escalation throughout and ensure the engagement is closed to your satisfaction. Your day-to-day contact will be the Consultant assigned to the project.
