Calling Plans for Microsoft Teams: POC Deployment

With 14 Gold Accreditations and 8 Advanced Specialisations including the “Calling for Microsoft Teams Advanced Specialisation”, Transparity have an extremely high skill level in the deployment of complex, integrated calling solutions within Teams.

Our Calling Plan proof of concept deployment is a 3-day engagement providing you with the full range of Microsoft Teams native calling functionality, without the need for supporting infrastructure or SIP trunks. Our consultants will work with you to appropriately plan and deploy the environment, enabling services for up to 25 users on a pilot basis.

Trial licensing, valid for 30 days can be provided on request. The deployment can enable existing Azure AD users with trial functionality or be deployed in standalone form using temporary (onmicrosoft.com) user accounts.

Proof of Concept Deployment Includes:

• Planning and creation of proof of concept deployment documentation
• Review of all Teams telephony policies
• Teams Calling enablement for up to 25x users
• Configuration of 1x auto-attendant, 3x call queues, and 1x dial plan
• Testing and Handover
• Indicative costs associated with transitioning the proof of concept to live
