Step 1: In a kickoff we identify the scope of the maturity scan and determine the HR dimensions we wish to use in our analysis. (e.g., years of service, department, …), we can add additional Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, ...) related questions to the scan the existing knowledge of the tools, if they are already in place.
Step 2: Via a survey, based on the European DigiComp 2.1 framework, we query the employee’s digital maturity. The survey takes about 25 minutes to complete.
Step 3: At the close-out meeting, we present our findings. We share insights about the digital maturity in your organization and identify key initiatives to improve user adoption.
