Power BI Accelerator: 6-Week Implementation

This collaborative, 6-week engagement is focused on helping an organization to fulfill their BI and reporting needs using Power BI and other Microsoft tools. MNP will work collaboratively with both IT and business teams to: setup of a Power BI environment (if not already existing); capture and prioritize dashboard requirements; design and develop select dashboards; and train users on Power BI.

Upon the conclusion of the engagement, you can expect to have production-ready dashboards to deliver insights directly to end-users.

Key Outcomes

At the end of this engagement, you will have the following:

• Production-ready Power BI reports and dashboards, with automated updates
• Development documentation and end-user training
• Recommendations on Microsoft technologies to further enable data across the organization
