Accountancy Practice Review: 5 Day workshop

Accountancy Practice IT review technical and user experience assessment conducted with a full report on findings and action plan.

One of the goals is to define the strategy of adopting or extending use of the Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure capabilities.

T-Tech will conduct a series of interviews across departments and levels of seniority in order to assess the suitability of the existing systems for the ambitions of the practice and inform the strategy. These interviews will also explore internal user experience and external customer experience. We recommend 1.5hour interviews with each department(to be defined by the practice)up to a maximum of 6 participants in each session, and 1-hour of interviews with each Director/Partner.

The output will generate a digital transformation plan, moving to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Teams and making use of the wider tech stack whilst driving optimal performance across all tools and applications that are hosted.

Prepare summary documents that will review each department’s setup and experience to benchmark it against best practices. The main deliverable is an exec-facing slide deck/ report summarising our findings to support the practice strategy and provide recommendations. A thorough IT review document will also be provided with exposition. Provide feedback Alongside the summary document, we will provide recommendations to make improvements. This will include a meeting with the senior consultant to discuss findings and next steps.

Practice maturity is a concept where we review the whole business capability and align it to what is possible. The action plan can then be executed by T-Tech, by the customer or as a collaborative effort.
