Our Approach:
Pre-Setup: We provide your technical teams all of the pre-requisites required for the implementation. This will include relevant services accounts to be created and licenses to be allocated or provisioned.
Setup: A Power Platform SME will install and configure the CoE Starter Kit components, including admin tools and environment management. Once installed in a Power Platform environment, Power Automate collects crucial data and stores it securely in the Dataverse. This data is then accessed by a pre-configured Power BI report, providing a panoramic view across the tenant. This includes metrics like the number of environments, apps, app makers/users, flows, external connectors, licenses, and more.
Develop: We customise the report to ensure it meets the business requirements. This could be simple aesthetic changes to the Power BI report UI or amending the flows to change key data capture processes to align with business logic.
Present: A Power Platform SME will review the outputs and provide a customised bespoke and detailed review document that would include options and recommendations for remediation focussed on ensuring best practises are being upheld.
