Symity will begin with a series of activities to gain a better understanding of your current meetings landscape and maturity, including discussing your top pain points and opportunities to improve with Microsoft Teams Premium. The planning workshop, as part of the pilot, will include an optional Microsoft Teams Premium overview and demos to help understand the features of Microsoft Teams Premium that are most important to you and to identify your quick wins. At the end of the planning activities, you will have a clear understanding of Microsoft Team Premium and what features and users to include as part of your Microsoft Teams Premium Pilot. At the end of the pilot engagement, we will deliver a complete findings and next steps document which outlines recommendations and next steps to expand the Microsoft Teams Premium pilot.

Plan: 1-2 Days – Confirm stakeholders, Teams Premium Pilot features, and define pilot success criteria. Enable: 2-5 Days – Activate and configure Teams Premium in your production environment, provide user and administrator readiness and measure success. Grow: 5-30 Days – Provides key recommendations to scale your Teams Premium deployment.
