Symity DRaaS allows customers to fully leverage the flexibility of Microsoft Direct routing for Teams without the overhead of having to build and manage complex voice infrastructures and SBC's.
Directing Routing as a Service allows you to connect Microsoft Teams Phone to Telephone Networks. Symity DRaaS runs in all major regions, with each region having a minimum of one geo-resilient pair of SBC’s:
- Americas (Resilient Clusters in both North and South America)

- Australia and Oceania
- Europe & South Africa
