The Spyglass Microsoft 365 E5 migration offer focuses on providing a way for customers to quickly take advantage of the full suite of products across their environments. To execute this, Spyglass leverages 4 phases to perform the migration successfully:
Assessment and Review (Week 1)
Planning and Design (Week 2-3)
Pilot and Deployment (Week 4-8)
Automation (Week 9-10)
Each phase corresponds to working to increase the level of automation, business value, and security for the environment. Each phase is outlined in more detail below:
Envisioning: Spyglass works to assess and evaluate the existing configurations and solutions in the organization while helping to identity the specific business use cases and security and compliance requirements.
Design: Plan for critical elements including Change Management, Training, Adoption, and Communication. This phase also works to document out the specific requirements for Security and Compliance as well as those for meeting business use cases.
Implementation: This phase is where the design and decisions made I earlier phases are tested and implemented within the organization. This includes tenant hardening and the deployment of specific solutions such as Purview, Entra, Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Office), Intune, Insider Risk Management, and Copilot for Microsoft 365.
Automate: Spyglass focuses this phase on being able to automate the management of tasks as much as possible and customize the employee experience through Teams, Viva, and the Power Platform suite. This phase can also focus on making Copilot for Microsoft 365 extensible through Copilot Studio.
Additionally, Spyglass 365 can provide Endpoint Device Management Tasks. These are ongoing services that provides weekly and monthly proactive device management tasks, such as reviewing reports, adding/updating applications, reviewing and fine-tuning policies, and creating new policies as necessary.
