Copilot for Microsoft 365 Data and Security Readiness: 4-Week Assessment

Spyglass’s Copilot for Microsoft 365 Data and Security Readiness Assessment is a 4-week/$45k scoped engagement that is designed to accelerate the ability to integrate and consume Copilot across your enterprise and increase the power of Microsoft 365 productivity while better securing data and identities in the environment.

This offering focuses on all the Identity and Data protection components that need to be accounted for to help prevent the access and exfiltration of any data that should not be performed. Readiness can focus on planning, strategy to implement, and/or the actual implementation of the controls and solutions. Spyglass will focus on the following aspects of the Copilot solution:

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) - will dive into the ins and outs of handling the required Identity and Access Management controls and processes. These processes will be used to protect, monitor, and control who has access and how they view information presented within Copilot. This will evaluate and leverage solutions including: o RBAC o Conditional Access o Identity Protection o External Identity handling o Auditing and Logging • Data and Information Protection/Governance - will work to establish the necessary controls and requirements to protect and govern data and information within Copilot and its sources. This will evaluate and leverage Microsoft Purview solutions including: o Data Loss Prevention o Sensitivity Labels o Retention Policies/Labels o Sharing Internally/Externally o Auditing/Logging

The engagement can focus on any combination of the following for the Identity and Access Management and Data elements: • Planning • Strategy • Design • Proof of Concept controls. • Implementation and/or deployment of controls.
