The NextGen workplace fit gap assessment maps out the parameters needed to migrate the workstations within your organization to a NextGen cloud solution. After this analysis it is possible to start the implementation of the NextGen workplace. With our Nextgen cloud solution, you can expect a workplace experience that is device independent and easily manageable. We take the personas within your organization into account and structure them to create a ‘bring your own experience’ (BYOE) that puts the end user first.

The fit gap assessment will evaluate and clarify the personas and their journeys within your organization. Afterwards, we determine which Microsoft 365 tools are required for these personas. We will also look at where Windows 365 can be deployed (e.g. for temporary users, or users who do not have a fixed device). Critical moments in the persona's journey are mapped and monitored by our support services. As a result, we unburden your IT environment and optimize the end user experience.
