Microsoft EM+S Implementation Kit - 3Wk

This offer is a full implementation of Microsoft Intune, includes required Azure AD Premium components to give grip on data, applications and devices. It includes a pre-defined security policy for mobile devices (MDM), data and applications (MAM) based on Microsoft and SoftwareONE best practices applied to the requirements and demands of your organization. The project is delivered in three steps:

1. Prepare

Through a workshop we'll deliver knowledge and gather input for a design. This workshop deals with all components involved in an optimal Microsoft Intune environment and is based on best practices. It includes all prerequisites and additional options like Zero-touch solutions (Apple ADE/DEP, Android Zero-Touch, Windows Autopilot). This ensures that all participants have sufficient know-how to deliver input for the next step. A questionnaire is used for gathering your input as the organization's needs and requirements are key for a successful project.

2. Design

After providing knowledge and gathering your needs and requirements, we are ready to create an extensive design with relevant architectural decisions. Based on all that you've learned during the workshop, the design will be easy to understand. After reviewing the design, we will proceed with the last step.

3. Build

Your Microsoft EM+S environment will be build based on the design. This step can be delivered as a hands-on experience together with the customer. A handover with a guide-through and as-built documentation completes this offer. We want to ensure that you can understand the new environment and how to manage this optimally.

Adoption and Change Management

No project can be successful without the guidance of the users within the organization. An adoption consultant will proactively deliver communication, guidance and webinars based on the needs of the organization to reduce the user impact of the new solution.
