Week 1: Copilot Readiness Assessment

We will perform the Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 optimization assessment, where we will:

  • Address data security, governance and data access questions
  • Build shared Copilot implementation plan with the user enablement team

    • Week 2 & 3: Data Security Protection

    We will prepare Microsoft 365 for AI deployment with the setup guide where we will:
