Week 1: Copilot Readiness Assessment We will perform the Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 optimization assessment, where we will:

Address data security, governance and data access questions

Build shared Copilot implementation plan with the user enablement team

Week 2 & 3: Data Security Protection We will prepare Microsoft 365 for AI deployment with the setup guide where we will:

Estimated duration to ensure appropriate data security controls are in place

If needed, enable additional Microsoft 365 features

Week 4 & 5: Remediation and Adoption Remediate issues identified during posture review

Establish Copilot pilot plan

Review admin usage reports and the Copilot dashboard to analyze user retention and engagement

Week 6: Monitor and Release Provide insights on service health and optimization opportunities

Monitor the adoption of Copilot across various business apps

Monitor the data privacy, data compliance, governance and protection alerts and take immediate action as part of SOC operations
