We will perform the Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 optimization assessment, where we will:

Build shared Copilot implementation plan with the user enablement team

Week 2 & 3: Data Security Protection

We will prepare Microsoft 365 for AI deployment with the setup guide where we will:

Estimated duration to ensure appropriate data security controls are in place

Remediate issues identified during posture review
