Data Governance - Threat Protection - Assessment

SkyTerra’s Data Governance Assessment focuses on your existing data governance posture as well as unearthing the organization's priorities and associated business needs.

During this two to four week program, SkyTerra will collaborate with data owners, users, and various business units to understand your data governance requirements. This collaborative approach ensures that future technical solutions align with existing and future business productivity expectations. At the end of the assessment SkyTerra will provide a roadmap for data governance hardening and implementation of data governance solutions.

Process Details: During the Assessment SkyTerra will work with your data governance Project Lead stakeholders to identify: •Your Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks •Security requirements that go above and beyond framework requirements •Priorities and business needs related to data governance •Evaluate timeline for data governance hardening and/or implementation of data governance solutions •Identify data owners, users, and business units that will participate in the interview process •Environment landscape to understand location of data, ownership, data types

SkyTerra will also conduct interviews with your data owners, users, and business units.
