Scope of Work Details Implementation • Create a subdomain for mail routing to Microsoft 365 in Google Workspace. • Ensure mail users are provisioned in Exchange Online Center. • Perform an Automated Google Workspace Migration Batch through Exchange Admin Center (EAC). • Import users via CSV file. • Verify email functionality post-migration. • Deploy up to one (1) additional node to the existing migration environment if needed. Discover and Design • Review Google Workspace environment and existing configurations. • Ensure Sentinel Technologies is a Project Creator in Google Workspace. • Provide Project Creator Credentials to Sentinel Technologies. • Review migration scope and limitations. • Create a design document with implementation decisions. SCOPE OF WORK DETAILS Proof of Concept (POC) Migration: Migrate 5 users before proceeding with full migration.
