Windows 365 Pilot Overview

The new Pilot program will enable you to prove real value by piloting Windows 365 in your own environment. This Partner-led pilot will provide your workforce with a secure and productive desktop experience from anywhere. This pilot will show you how to pilot enterprise hybrid work scenarios and how to provide your workforce with access to a secure and productive desktop experience from virtually anywhere with Windows 365. By attending, you can:

• Learn how to provision, manage and secure Windows 365 Cloud PCs, running Windows 11, with Microsoft Intune. • Discover how to empower IT with easier Windows and device management. • Secure your users’ identities, data and devices with zero-trust security to achieve greater organizational security from chip to cloud. • Enable your users to be productive by delivering a flexible, inclusive, and accessible computing experience for all roles.

The pilot is intended to be delivered as a 7-day engagement including

• Assessing the customer’s current and future hybrid work end-user computing needs
• Piloting Windows 365 in the customer’s production environment and provision Cloud PCs to selected users based on the chosen hybrid work scenarios.
• Developing joint deployment plans and recommended next steps to further grow the solution in the customer environment.

Windows 365 Pilot Phases

1.) Plan: Define scope, identify stakeholders, and gather information on current and future environment and workloads to be enabled as part of the pilot.

2.) Enable: Execute remediation activities to be able to deploy Windows 365 in the customer environment. Setup Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning and management for a selected group of users focusing on the selected hybrid work user scenarios.

3.) Grow: Learn how to operate the implemented Windows 365 solution and agree on the next steps to further grow the solution within the customer environment.
