Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a tool that integrates with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, and uses AI to assist users with tasks such as drafting emails, summarizing meetings, and analyzing data. Copilot for Microsoft 365 is powered by OpenAI, a leading developer of AI platforms, and is designed to improve user efficiency and security within the Microsoft ecosystem. The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption Accelerator is a packaged engagement that has been designed to help organizations deploy and drive adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365. The engagement is modular, and partners can deliver services related to any of the eligible deployment and adoption activities based on the customer’s needs and be paid up to the approved value of the engagement. The eligible deployment and adoption activities include:

• Copilot for Microsoft 365 readiness assessment: A workshop to assess the customer's current state, goals, and challenges with Copilot for Microsoft 365, and provide recommendations for deployment and adoption strategies.
• Copilot for Microsoft 365 deployment: A service to configure and enable Copilot for Microsoft 365 for the customer's environment, including user provisioning, license activation, and security settings.
• Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption planning: A workshop to develop a comprehensive adoption plan for Copilot for Microsoft 365, including stakeholder identification, communication plan, training plan, success metrics, and feedback mechanisms.
• Copilot for Microsoft 365 training: A service to deliver customized training sessions for Copilot for Microsoft 365 users, covering basic and advanced features, best practices, and tips and tricks for using the tool effectively.
• Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption support: A service to provide ongoing support and guidance for Copilot for Microsoft 365 users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
