Security Accelerator: 5-Day Workshop

Our goal in this 5 day engagement is to gain a mutual understanding of cloud security objectives and requirements. • Provide guidance, recommendations and best practices on how to successfully implement Microsoft 365 security features. • Provide a prioritised and actionable Microsoft 365 security roadmap. • Map Microsoft 365 security capabilities to the customer's security objectives and requirements. • Secure Score Assessment, to analyse and prioritise Secure Score security recommendations for both short-term and long-term recommendations

Agenda This engagement is for 5 consultancy days however, takes place over several weeks to allow for data capture. Day 1: Introduce the engagement; define scope; and align expectations & timelines Day 2: Customise and prepare the Microsoft Security Assessment questionnaire and send to customer stakeholders Days 3-5: Strategy & readiness workshop; hands-on assessments with secure score analysis and report creation followed by engagement close-out meeting to present the final deliverables and results and recommendations of the assessments. The engagement closes with an agreement of timeline with the customer for the roadmap recommendations.
