Viva Quick Deploy: 2-Month Implementation

This package is aimed at organizations implementing Microsoft Viva who require assistance and support with their adoption and change activities to ensure successful implementation. Taking into consideration the type of organization you have and your vision around implementing Viva, we then provide the supporting activities to help you get going as quickly as possible, using our tried and tested methodologies.

During the process we will look at Viva Insights, Viva Topics and Viva Learning.

Viva Insights deliverables include: • Supporting you with internal privacy sign offs • Complete Setup tasks for WPA including base Organisational Data and assignment of user roles • Complete Admin tasks for manager and leader insights • Activate Insights App for licenced users

Viva Topics deliverables include: • Set up Viva Topics from the Microsoft 365 Admin portal. Including creating the Topic Centre, identifying and adding the quick start SharePoint sites, assigning Topics roles to employees • Define the quick start process for working with Topics (Curating and Managing)

Viva Learning deliverables include: • Assign the Knowledge Admin role to identified users • Configure the supported Learning Sources you have subscriptions for • If supported as a native integration add your LMS platform to Viva Learning • Create the Learning App Content Repository in SharePoint • Identify cross site learning folders to provision in the App Content Repository • Surface Admin featured learning content aligned to a business outcome

Each component of the Viva Suite will be supported with adoption and change management services based upon Prosci and our own depth of experience as a advanced specialist Adoption and Change Management Partner.
