Teams as a Platform: 1-Day Assessment

As Microsoft Teams becomes an embedded tool, clients are seeking to further leverage the benefits. That might include better amalgamation with all your other Office 365 tools, designing custom Teams Solutions on Power Platform that work for your specific business needs, or gaining seamless integration with your third party applications.

We offer a number of bespoke approaches to maturing and embedding Teams, and the assessment will be able to provide you with a starting framework as to where to focus your next steps, documented in a report you can share with your business. We will cover our approach to the following phases in the assessment:

1. DISCOVERY : Our approach is focused on art of the possible. We workshop problems and potential solutions to see how we can further utilise Teams. In this phase, we would work with IT teams to understand capabilities, any technical challenges and any specific requirements.

2. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT : We work closely with stakeholders to ensure they’re involved in each step of the process, understand what’s in it for them and are able to clearly articulate the benefits. Depending on the size, scale and impact, we can work with the broader team to support champion activities.

3. LAUNCH PLAN : Every project is different. Depending on the size and scale of the project, as well as how it impacts colleagues, we can shape an appropriate launch plan to ensure we effectively communicate and educate colleagues about the change.

Custom Teams Solutions can be scoped and delivered throughout the process. Costs are dependent on requirements and will be provided separately.
