We often hear from people in our community that they know they aren't using Microsoft 365 capabilities as fully or as efficiently as they would like. Sometimes this can be an existential dread rather than a specific set of clear ideas about what is missing or what to do to work smarter.

The Microsoft 365 platform is vast and changes rapidly, but business needs are common and slower. The Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 concentrates on defining a set of business competencies, that resonate with Microsoft 365 yet underpin real business activities. The objective of our comprehensive assessment process is to provide a detailed analysis of collaboration, communication, security, and productivity​. You will work with our expert team to assess your current processes, tools, and practices. The outcome is a comprehensive report outlining strengths and areas for improvement.​

During our assessment we will review technology use, collaboration tools, cloud services, security practices, and policies. In parallel, we will understand the organisational culture, work management, and employee support.​ This allows us to chart a path to advance modern work maturity in stages. Taking a holistic view of the technology through the lens of the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 and gaining an understanding of current state vs. desired state can help you in these important ways: -Understand and compare options for solving business problems -Focus time, energy, and resources on the right priorities -Identify the budget and resources needed to move ahead -Establish a baseline to show improvement over time -Extend your use of Microsoft 365

Our Scope:

  • Initial Requirements Call​: Initial call with assessment stakeholder(s) to explain the process in more detail and gather any desired outcomes.​
  • Deploy Assessment​: Share Form with org stakeholders to complete. Includes comms and reminder/follow up. ​
  • Review/Assess​: Review the outcomes of the assessment. Gaps vs vision, stakeholder misalignment etc. Used to inform workshop activity. ​
  • Workshop​: Short playback of online assessment, align stakeholders, capture challenges, priorities, potential solutions, risk and next steps. ​
  • Report and Recommendations​: WM Reply to produce Report with Recommendations using the information provided, gap analysis and industry trends/information. ​
  • Playback Session​: Playback session to walk through key findings and next steps. ​
