Cluster Reply will demonstrate how the implemented solutions can address the specific needs of the Manufacturing market and how Cluster Reply has developed specific procedures and additional functions over time to meet the most common requests characterizing this market.
Specific issues within this market will be addressed, such as After Sales Processes (customer support, field service support, warranties, and quality control), with a demonstration and interactive approach (IDEA). The goal is to design a roadmap for digital transformation.
