Teams as a Platform - 4 Hrs Briefing

In a customer briefing 4 hrs, our consultants will introduce the potential of Teams as a collaboration platform and share some case histories that could help in identifying possible scenarios. The briefing will be divided in three main phases

1 - Overview: Cluster Reply, as your chosen partner, will show you all the features offered by Microsoft Teams inside the ecosystem of Microsoft Power Platform. You will learn how to embed Power BI reports and modern apps created using Power Apps developed with a low code approach inside your Channel. You will learn how to trigger specific activate Power Automate / Logic APP flow using a specific message in your chat or deploy bots created with Power Virtual Agents with which members of your organization will interact.

Finally, Cluster Reply will guide you through all the new features are supported by the new specific version of Dataverse for Teams.

2 - Use cases: During the session a Cluster Reply specialist will introduce a set of successful implementation cases of Microsoft Teams solutions for our clients. The session will focus on the benefits for business and on how the user experience changed after the adoption of the solution. Cases will be chosen based on the workshop audience industry, expertise and areas of competences, in order to encourage the interaction and prepare for the next brainstorming phase.

3 - Interactive brainstorming: discussion about customer specific scenarios and possible activities / processes that could be managed through one or more solutions developed by exploiting the potential of the Teams platform and Microsoft 365. The phase will be characterized by an intense dialogue where they will be discussed possible solutions and implementations deepening the potential and the main features of the Microsoft products / services most suitable for the customer's needs.
