Power Plat Gov: 5 day Workshop

This Power Platform Workshop covers a 5 day fixed set of Consultancy Services tailored to your organisation’s needs, for the Implementation of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit and an initial extension of the tooling mapped to your business approval and security requirements.

Day 1: Initial Toolkit Implementation. Our QUANTIQ expert will install and configure the core components of the Centre of Excellence Governance Toolkit: • Core: Components of governance • Nurture: Adoption and education components. Facilitates the creation of internal communities • Audit: Automatically act and report on governance events

Day 2: Specification and Commencement of Extensions The first part of Day 2 – the QUANTIQ Consultant will work with you on the implementation plans for extension plans to the toolkit - such as proactive governance and enhanced dashboarding. This is based on the output of the installed toolkit. In the second part of Day 2, work will commence on the most urgent part of the identified extensions.

Day 3: Work Continues on Extensions Work will continue on the extensions started in Day 2. Expect a maximum of 3 Power Automate Flows for Day 2 and 3 combined or a similar number of dashboard extensions. For greater throughput we suggest running one of our App in a Day Workshops to get you up to speed with building Power Apps and Flows.

Day 4: Best Practice and Future Planning. We will work with you to define a best practice to the creation and maintenance of apps and flows. Our QUANTIQ expert will help you to understand power apps coding standards and best practices. We will also help you with the approach to take in supporting citizen developers in building governable, secure apps that adhere to the digital guard rails set out throughout this process.
