Pure Discovery: Workshop

Pure Discovery Workshop is 1-day engagement, during which we work closely with Customer in understanding their current ways of report, analyze and work with data in general. We identify key on-prem and cloud data sources, current data cleansing and loading processes - and possible ways to improve them. Upon brief presentation of Modern Data Platform, including Power BI, we start designing proposed TO-BE architecture - keeping in mind business goals, technical limitations and other factors identified. As a tangible outcome from Discovery Workshop, within 1 week from its completion we provide Customer with Discovery Report - which can be used as a starting point for internal discussion on data modernization.
