Assessment of your technology estate to identify Microsoft technologies that can deliver a better connected back office function
PwC will undertake a technology and business discovery to capture key requirements, and identify the Microsoft technology recommended to enable a better connected back office platform as well as any observations on front office infrastructure dependencies.
A key starting point for this work is the assessment of your current technology landscape, and the transformation of the related processes, policies and ways of working.
Over the course of the Discovery Phase, we will gather more information on what can be achieved as an input to a wider Business Case.
This Discovery aims to understand the current landscape, capture requirements and provide high level systems “fit/gap” against Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a core business application alongside our “adopt” taxonomy.
In addition to the above we will assess your business change readiness and current digital strategy compared with future SaaS support requirements.
To support you in this work, and building on our knowledge of your context, we will work collaboratively with you. The discovery duration will be over a six week period. We will produce the draft deliverables under the Discovery Phase that will cover
