Windows 11 Deployment - 10 Week - Implementation

We have been working with Windows and Microsoft Endpoint Management tools for over 9 years. As such, we a series of packages and tools to fast track and speed the process of building Windows Images, Deploying Endpoint Management tools and streamlining the Windows As A Service lifecycle for IT teams, while reducing impact on end users. This engagement can deliver all that experience for you, against the latest Windows versions, while delivering key Enterprise Mobility + Security & Office 365 Applications.

Leveraging our Endpoint Management Framework, we will support the following phases of your Windows 11 Implementation (including core Microsoft 365 & Office 365 Applications):

• Solution Alignment (Review current state and roadmap from Windows 10-11 across; AADP, Device, User, App, Settings, Security requirements, Provisioning models (i.e. Autopilot) Policies, Analytics, Office 365 Apps & Licencing readiness)
• Design, Built & Test (Windows Image, App Packaging, Service Rings, Version planning, Deployment Models, Update Management/Patching Routines and Test/Validate)
• Phased Rollout (Map phased user/device groups for waves/phased rollout of new OS to monitor rollout success/feedback)
• Enterprise Rollout (Rollout to entire organisation once earlier waves/phases signed off as successful)
• User Adoption & Training (support IT and End User with readiness, training and knowledge transfer of new Windows 11 Environment).
