Ensuring Microsoft customers are always increasing their Microsoft 365 ROI and delivering the best end user experience, with robust IT services.

• Problem Resolution – The provision of a technical support desk across standard working hours to provide customers with the reassurance that if their management solutions suffer technical issues then you will be able to get support from PowerON’s support team and field consultants to assist in resolving these issues. This support is further enhanced for the Microsoft Public and Hybrid Cloud solutions with the ability to escalate this to a premier support engagement directly with the Microsoft product support teams for issues.
