Poly Network Readiness Service for Microsoft Teams delivers a readiness assessment of your network from the edge to the cloud to ensure your network is capable of carrying real-time media traffic.
Week 1 Once you complete your network readiness questionnaire, you’ll participate in a number of workshops that delve into Network Bandwidth Modeling (NBM), Call Detail Records (CDRS), Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) performance analysis, ports and protocols, and the impact that intermediary network devices have on real–time media such as voice, video, and content.
Week 2 Afterwards, you’ll receive an assessment that includes findings and recommendations for improving performance in supporting any low loss, latency, and jitter requirements needed to support real-time media.
THE SERVICE INCLUDES: • Bandwidth analysis activities and CDR/CQD analyses • A QoS deployment evaluation to determine your QoS strategy • Validation of data collection and review of any gaps in the assessment • A presentation covering any shortfalls within your current deployment and the potential impact on the delivery of a continuous, high-quality Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) service.
