Our Microsoft Teams Voice Workshop allows customers to explore the capabilities of Microsoft Teams Calling across a number of scenarios within their environments.
The Microsoft Teams Voice Workshop is designed to provide your organisation with the information and knowledge required for successfully migrating their telephony from their current environment to Microsoft Teams. The workshop will discuss both Calling Plan and Direct Routing, applying different scenarios to your telephony requirements to help identify the most suitable option.
Working across three phases we will deliver a readiness report detailing recommendations and next steps.
Agenda: Day 1 - Customer workshop, Day 2 & 3 - Documentation and Report
The report will detail tailored recommendations and next steps, based on criteria including:
- Planning and deploying a Teams Voice project
- High-level summary of the existing M365 tenant and its ability to support Voice in Teams
- Early Adoption design considerations, which will contain high-level technical specifications and instruction where relevant
