Microsoft 365 Co-pilot Workshop

Bring your business decision makers and technology group together to better understand Microsoft Copilot and its potential business impact. This workshop takes course over a 3 week period and is split into three parts. The aim is to showcase the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and ensure you as an organisation are prepared. The workshop is broken down as per the below:

• Assessment: During this stage we will work with you to identify how ready you are for Copilot by running an Microsoft 365 assessment survey which looks to identify areas that you will been to strengthen or that are a potential blocker if you were to deploy Copilot. This will issue you with a report on what you need to do to get ready for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Art of the Possible: This stage showcases the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Our team of experts will work with you to help identify use cases for Microsoft 365 Copilot in different areas of the business. We will showcase the full suite of products in Microsoft 365 Copilot so you fully understand its capabilities and use cases.

• Report & Recommendations: The final stage is for Phoenix to pull together all the information gathered as part of the assessment and art of the possible phase and create a report and recommendations. This report aims to provide you with all the information you need to ensure technical your environment is ready for Microsoft 365 Copilot, you have a full understanding of the products capabilities and log clear use cases for Microsoft 365 Copilot in your organization.

This workshop occurs in parts over a few weeks.

Deliverables include:

1. assessments of your organization’s technical, process, and security readiness and

2. exploring the art-of-the-possible to shortlist personas + use cases + impact potential.
