The proposed 1-9 Weeks Pilot Program will enable organization to add real value by trailing VIVA Insights Pilot in their Own Microsoft 365 tenant. Over the course of 1-9 Weeks, PC Solutions will enable with an accelerated hands-on experience to their end users. The overall Pilot drive will help the organization to enhance its employee experience and operational Productivity. Phase 1 - Plan 1.Identify the organization's specific goals and objectives for implementing Viva Insights.​ 2.Involve key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and IT teams, in the planning process.​ 3.Customize Viva Insights to align with the organization's needs and goals.

Phase 2 - Enable 1.Conduct a pilot deployment with a small group of users to test functionality and gather feedback.​ 2.Develop a phased rollout strategy, considering department or team-level deployment.​ 3.Regular status meetings to discuss Pilot progress or challenges.

Phase 3 - Grow 1.Establish feedback mechanisms for users to report issues and provide suggestions.​ 2.Establish a feedback loop with users and stakeholders to gather insights for future improvements.
