Copilot for Microsoft 365 Technical Readiness Assessment

Connection's Copilot for Microsoft 365 Technical Readiness Assessment takes place in three-phases:

Data Collection Data is collected on Microsoft 365 Services, as described in the illustration above. This will involve department Content Owners and IT staff.  Data Analysis The collected information is meticulously assessed and compared against Microsoft’s best practice recommendations to ensure optimal outcomes. Develop Recommendations Recommendations are documented with an included remediation action plan. Based on findings, Connection will be available to assist with a follow-on effort to implement the action plan as appropriate.

A final Report and Recommendations with observations and recommendations, next steps, and developed action plan will be delivered to the customer. including feedback about the how the engagement was delivered and about this engagement, a discussion about the next steps and other follow-up activities, and the customer will be asked to complete an engagement survey.​
