Our Methodology:

1. Initiate & Ideate: 2-3 days - multidisciplinary team

• Problem analysis: brainstorming and prioritization of “the” challenge to solve
• Ideation workshop: design thinking on how to solve the problem
• Use case definition: describe solution concept and sketch a prototype

2. Prototype: 1-2 weeks

• Solution design: determine the process & application flow, business logic & rules, AI algorithms, information architecture, wireframes and related KPI’s/Reports.
• (Low) coding & integration: depending on the use case, this step produces a working app, a series of automated tasks, an automated workflow or process, a virtual assistant, or a working RPA scenario.
• Feedback & Testing: evaluate whether the POC solves the user problem in an efficient and ‘user experience’ way, based on an actual working prototype
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition & roadmap: Prototypes are intended to give quick to the team has been producing the solution concept. It will also give insight into what finetuning is needed to make this available to the first broader group of users. This means determining what is needed to turn a POC into a MVP that users can use and evaluate for a longer period. This MVP, evaluation and feedback of users will allow to create plan for a full company roll out.
