Our rules of engagement kick off by performing a due diligence exercise of the existing Microsoft Device Management (MDM) solution to identify gaps, dependencies or any other blockers that could derail the successful completion of the engagement. On completion of the due diligence process we develop a customized migration plan, that addresses the customer requirements and also the provides the customer with a Deployment Roadmap, estimated timeline, ad well as aa change management plan that will also ensure that we drive adoption of the desired outcomes.
