GDPR-Compliant Declaration: 3-Day Assessment

In order to be able to guarantee the compliant handling of personal data as a company, Objektkultur offers the implementation of a workflow through which the collection of data protection-compliant consent declarations can be carried out automatically. The workflow can be customised to the customer's requirements by the individual selection of fields to be filled– in accordance with the required privacy-by-design principle. If a new business contact is created in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 instance of the customer (for example, in a CRM system), they automatically receive a message with the options to agree to the processing of their data or to reject it. After the message has been answered, the contact is directed to a static website that marks the completion of the process.

Both the message delivery and the contact's response are stored in Dynamics 365. The workflow can be operated and executed manually, partially or fully automatically. In addition, the execution of follow-up actions, such as in the case of unanswered messages, is possible.

The assessment includes a 3-day evaluation, estimated at about € 3000. This figure may vary, depending on the travel to the customer and the scope of the project.
