Power Platform Governance: 4-week implementation

The tracks include multiple activities including: • Azure On-premise gateway setup • Power Automate flows monitoring unused flows and apps • Power Automate flows monitoring failing flows and apps with no service account owner • Installation and set up of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) tool kit • Environment structure for managing Power Platform development

Operation actions implemented post-implementation of Power Platform Governance project: • Ongoing advisory through canvas apps “cost advisor” and model-driven app “clean up engine”. The apps include several Power Automate cloud flows. • New Build • Support, incl. setting up Power Virtuel Agents for customer self-service

Outcome post-implementation project: • Structured approach to developer environments, including setup of Azure Devops or Githup deployment pipelines • 3-5 tier environment setup • Established Governance Structure for the Power Platform • Including Power Apps Security Model and Application Lifecycle management • Security role management in Dataverse • Controlled gateway setup to manage data transfers to Microsoft cloud through Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents • Enabling Line of Business to utilize local data in solutions • Setting up DPL Policies in Dataverse environments and Azure tenant • M36 user and Azure AD license management
